1. Click on User name or extension number

11. Check Enable Schedule Backup
12. Make sure all setting are as follow

17. And set the setting as follow
18. Click on Automatically purge Event Log after 365
19. Click on OK
20. Click on Activity Log
21. Click on Settings
22. Set the setting as follow

37. Check Automatically unpark forgotten calls

41. Click on Paging and add *64
42. Click on Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office and add *8
43. Click on OK
44. Click on Email
45. Click on Notifications
46. Uncheck Requests are rejected/blocked by AntiHacking module because of a security breach
47. Uncheck Notify user when extension is added
48. Uncheck 3CX Services are stopped or fail
49. Uncheck New updates are available
50. Click on Email Templates
51. Click on OK
52. Click on General
53. Choose the operator ei. Reception or Manager
54. Click on OK
55. Click on License to see if the license are all correct.
56. Click on Music on Hold
57. Click on System Prompts
58. Click on Updates (18)
59. Check for Australian or English version
60. Click on Manage Prompt Sets
61. Select Australian Prompts Set
62. Click on OK
63. Click on Settings
64. Click on Network
65. Click on FQDN to verify the correct domain name
66. Check on Ports
67. Check on Firewall
68. Click on Enable Keep Alives and set to 60
69. Click on OK
70. Click on Parameters
71. Type "welcome"
72. Click on ATTACH_3CXCONFIG_WELCOMEEMAIL…
73. Set the value to 1
74. Click on OK
75. Click on Settings
76. Click on Language & Office Hours
77. Click on Tuesday…
78. Click on OK
